This module is designed to provide learners with the skills necessary to create, implement, manage and monitor successful digital marketing campaigns and help you to choose appropriate e-tools to implement a digital marketing strategy.
It will be of interest to marketers, managers, sales professionals, business start-ups and individuals with a keen interest in new marketing techniques who need to gain a greater understanding of how to use digital marketing tools.
Learners will set out to understand why strategic decisions are taken towards certain digital marketing campaigns while also undertaking practical class exercises to give further insight and understanding to marketing in a digital environment.

- Overview of the digital environment.
- Understand the importance of how to find your audience online.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns using analytical e-tools – including web analytics and social media insights.
- Learn how to use the web as a marketing medium.
- Understand the basics of content creation and how to utilise content across online marketing channels.
- Develop a customised digital marketing campaign to include the use of e-tools
- Learn how to set up and manage different social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
- Insight to website management, blogging, eCommerce and SEO strategy.
Students must have basic IT Skills.
