Youghal German Beginners (Classroom)
This class will be held in our Youghal Campus
Mon 7.00-9.00 pm • Duration: 8 weeks

The aim of this course is to enable participants to cope with situations in everyday life; to speak simple everyday language and to understand more complex conversations, so that when meeting German speaking people at home or abroad, the participant will know what’s going on and be able to respond in an effective way.
Course Content:
- Greetings; introductions, Directions-asking and giving, Going shopping
- Expressions, dates and times
- Discover details about German lifestyle and culture
- Reading and discussing German texts and articles out of magazines
- Developing confidence and fluency in using German.
- Booking rooms in a hotel or a guest house, ordering beverages and meals
Important Information
The approach to delivery may have to be adjusted at short notice moving to online depending on advice from the Government. Refunds will NOT BE given if classes have to move online from the classroom. Please ensure that you have access to a device to support your learning and you are comfortable to move online.
